That’s why our multidisciplinary health centre proudly offers the Health Check —   it’s the starting pointtowards understanding your internal metabolic state. In one clear step, you’ll discover what your body needs and what steps you can take to improve your health. You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence and practical tips that empowers you to take control of your wellbeing.

Whether you are already actively monitoring your blood health markers or just getting started, the Health Check is a proactive step towards gaining knowledge in order to prevent disease and optimize your health.

It is more elaborate that just checking your blood as our experienced team will also look at your diet and your health symptoms to get the full picture of where you are at and what you can do.

What to Expect

• Exclusive 1-hour consultation with Iris Kee Nutritional Therapist & Functional Medicine Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in health optimization. Iris will translate your blood test results and your dietary patterns into clear, easy-to-understand insights and give you practical steps in the consultation and a follow-up e-mail on how to act on it with nutritional recommendations and a targeted supplement protocol.
• The input for the consultation is your blood work, holding a 3-day diet diary and filling out a health symptom questionnaire.

 

Blood testing

Before your consultation, you can have your blood drawn at Instituut Marie (€35), at your GP, or you may bring recent results (up to six months old). All blood analysis are done by LHM Diagnostiek. Their fees are invoiced directly by LHM and are not included in the consultation cost.
