ABOUT INSTITUUT MARIE
VISION Instituut Marie
At Instituut Marie, founded by Maartje Brands, we are dedicated to a holistic approach that combines personal care, thorough analysis, and continuous adjustment to enhance the overall health of our clients. We address the causes behind the symptoms, optimize body function, and promote regeneration for sustainable health.
MISSION Instituut Marie
At Instituut Marie, we believe that your immunity is akin to a bucket that fills with three types of stressors: physical, chemical, and emotional.
OUR APPROACH FOCUSES ON THREE AREAS:
- Detoxification: Removing toxins from your bucket.
- Immune Modulation: Strengthening and balancing your immune system through a healthy lifestyle, including diet, breathing, exercise, and sleep.
- Regeneration: Repairing and strengthening organs and systems. By emptying your bucket and enhancing your immune system, your body returns to optimal function. Thus, disease disappears and health emerges. “Beauty on the inside shows on the outside.”
OUR UNIQUE APPROACH IS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING FIVE PILLARS
Inspired by the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Wu Xing):
